Default Whats out there?

Hi all,
I have been away (out of the country, not at her majesty's pleasure) for the last 4 years. I am now back in the UK & wonder if I can use my old setup to recieve anything worthwhile?
I am currently the proud owner of a Humax irci 5400 (no laughing please ) & a 90cm dish.
I used to pick up Astra & Hotbird with some v. good packages on, however SECA2 put pay to that, has there been any progress?
I suppose what I want to know is, is there anything out there other than the odd football game worth watching & what equipment will I need.

Cheers in advance
