Playback of recordings from dbox???

Hiya,

Going through dbox faq to set up dbox to record and playback, ive succesfully got it to record to my comp but i struggling to set it up to play back. I dont get this bit,

''Edit the properties for the entry in your Start menu for VLC media player. Delete any parameters and replace them with --extraintf=http so the shortcut reads something like "C:\ProgramFiles\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --extraintf=http''

Cannot seem to get it to do this, any help much appreciated.

Thanks i will try it. But i also want to watch dvd's etc on dbox, i just cant seem to do the command prompt bit???
