Hi i have got this error on the STB and i have changed the 24c512 and HDD and stll same problem.

Did you have the error before you changed the chip ? what area are you ?

Box was working fine but just disconnected for a while to move things around and when reolacing back it came with this message.

Can you get into eng menu to check if you've lost net id ?

It means part of the loader file is missing or corrupt, similar to bios on a pc, unless theres a dry joint on the chip or fault, i dont know if it may be worth replacing again then see if it will update and correct itself, have you tried rebooting a good few times to see if it will clear.

tried the atmel chip(24c512) with replacing blank and swapped the working HDD and power supply as well but no go m8.
