Angry Help With Eurovox

Hi i am new to all this and would like some help if possible.
I have just purchased a Eurovox Max v 2008 unflashed and in standby mode it says.
Could someone tell me what i have to do to get all the N_L channels on it.
I am pretty thick so please talk in plain english.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your first port of call will be here:
Ronsters Guide To Flashing Box For Newbies

After reading that you should understand how to flash your box with the newest firmware, without this you won't have access to the NTL channels. Now press Menu>Intallation>User Installation. The pin will usually be 0000 or 1004. Press yellow then ok. Your box will now look for the channels, it wilkl take between 45 minutes and an hour to complete.

Enjoy.
