Default Finding Channels

since ive had a eurovox over a year now im missing channel i used to get off my chipped N*l box, like mtv base, e4, film 4 few others, have read other post tried to find manually on set frequency but no joy other than doing a powerscan is there any other way to get them on, im in leicestershire, thanks in advance
