hi there hope someone can help, i updated my eurovox last week with the new keys, it went down today again, but wen i go to menue 1968 it wont open up the screen to let me update new keys any help please , my box is eurovox max blue cheers

press menu then press the yellow button. that should let you update the keys

right, press menu then language settings then 19681968 excatly as I say and it will appear.
