Default update 2110 netid with funcard

if the ird was incorrect and the bk would you be able to change the netid on the 2110.

i bought the box, with card (seriously doubt card is correct one) reset frequency and the netid shows as 0999.i have prepared my funcard the same way as i do for my working box but,i used netid to put netid in the inteep and i have flashed the card correctly.

now when i put the card in all it does is sit at powering up just a moment.now if i pull the plug then go back to the eng menu i will see that the netid is not changed.it is still 0999.

is this because the ird and bk are wrong,if they are and that is why the box wont recognise the card and do the relevant netid update?

or do i have to set the date on card?

you need to write the card exteep, inteep, flash then rewrite the inteep as the flash corrupts it then go into engineers menu page 2 and then insert your net id card

if the box and card dont match, at the moment its only fit for the bin.

its funny.i insert the funcard with the ird and bk and netid in the inteep and the card shows up as not paired.

there was an ird and bk on the bottom of the box.

i then insert the ntl card that was actualy with it and it shows as status GREEN BOX+CARD PAIRED.does that mean the card IS paired.i have a virgin one banging about and it shows RED BOX+NOT PAIRED.the same gos for another ntl card.

does this mean the box has been supplied with the incorrect ird and bk as i have actualy opened the box, looked under the motherboard and the talkback is cut.

just weird how there is what looks like an ird and bk in big letters and numbers on the bottom.

so a card status of PAIRED means its the paired card for this 2110?

if so looks like i have to unloop it and unlock it.

unlooping it i have no probs but,the unlooper says its unlooped but,it looks like i dont have all the correct stuff as i should be actualy asked to unloop it in a box shouldnt i and afterwards it is supposed to ask me if i want to write an image over isnt it?

can you tell me:
is the card staus of PAIRED CARD correct and its the paired card?

where can i get the correct unlooping/unlocking gear and images for these cards.its a rom11 boc this one.NTELL

thanks.
