Somebody please help me i have been sat for hours trying to fathom my Eurovox out.
I received it yesterday it is Eurovox Max v it comes unflashed and in standby mode. I sought advice yesterday but am no further on, i was told to get latest update which i did connected my box to my pc and saved my channels to my documents only 1kb by the way,i then clicked on the download and a window comes up saying reset.Before i pull any more of my hair out and put this box in the bin can anyone help me. Many many thanks |

As the box has never been flashed any more ...
When you get the 'reset' message, disconnect the power lead from the back of the box and re-connect it again. You should only ever need to do this the very first time the box is flashed with firmware |

Everytime i have flashed my any it has always reseted itself. Mine came flashed in the first place though so try what look "key" (lol from the joke section) said.

Just put the new firmware on it. It works perfectly. Although you might have to do your favourites again, only once though. Well worth it
