HI CAN ANYONE HELP I HAVE EUROVOX AND LIVE WITHIN THE WEST MIDS i AM ON VIRGIN TELEWEST SYSTEM KEEPS SAYING UPDATING BUT NEVER DOES IT DID THIS LAST WEEK PUT CODES IN AND IT WORKED BUT NOW GONE OFF AGAIN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP I DONT HAVE A GLUE AND MIISING THE CHANNELS AND MY MOM IS HOUSE BOUND PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

They have done another keyroll today, you either need to input the codes again, or do a firmware update. The update is really easy to do, you just need an RS232 serial null modem lead and the software which can be downloaded from the forum. You also need to know which model of eurovox you have
