do you have a null modem cable? if you have, unrar the file you just downloaded to your desktop and run the .exe. then press the upload button to save your channel data then hit the big download button to load the new firmware onto your box then after thats finished press the small download button to send your channel data back to your box. stick it on sp1 for about 2 mins and the code will auto update again.
