i have down loaded clone fix off bigmaq, and opened it , is it supposed to be all digits and that, what do you click on to when computer conected to box, think im thick lol thanks all

You need to downloas gtrom4 the loader prog to transfer the file from the pc to the box mate,once you got the loader open it and click APP file only,then locate the bin file (the fix file) then click download,once you done that apply power to the box immeidately and it should transfer,
