eurovox max not working anymore

hello everybody..i am new in the forum and i have a question about my eurovox max receiver wich was perfectly fine until a couple of weeks ago when i couldnt see no more sky movies, sports etc etc...just wondering whats happening and how can we fix it..i tried doing a powerscan..nothing happened, just a message after some good 45 mins, saying code being updated..please help i miss my footie...thanks a lot in advance
