Hi, this is my first post so I'll start with a thanks to everyone who has unknowingly helped me with fairly stress free dbox use up to now. From flashing to ucodes and whatnot, you have all helped endlessly!

That said I have been trying to update codes from the remote and did so a couple of times. Now it will not remember my changes when i reboot. Having checked cam and ucode setting I found that none where activated and I could not reactivate any.

I have andromeda 2.0 on a nkia dbox. Sorry if this is at all unclear, would appreciate any advice! Thanks!

Hi

I'm using the andromeda v2 on Nokia Dbox2 also and with the downloaded ROM AUFix files I am running smoothly.

I'ts really straight forfard to ftp these files using IE and saves messing about finding keys and updating them constanly.

Dont know if this will reactivate your Ucodes and cams but if you have that crossover cable or router then it will only take minutes to find out.

I hah a similar problem to this using the daily key method, for some reason the EMU kept changing.

Didn't find out why it did this, but seems to have gone away now.

Hi Bertie, could you enlighten me on what ROM AUFix files are?

I have messed around a little but when I go through the menu to look at either ucodes or emulators/CAMs they all say "deactivated". On selecting one a message comes on the screen saying "activating" or "starting" but nothing happens and they are all left deactivated!

have you got ur channels bk m8 ???

Afraid not. It had a brief phase of only freeview now nothing available, no epg and no way to activate any cam or ucode. Any advice?

I guess you need to re flash the image to the current one or a new one..

if you download a new image via this web site your get all the new files needed......

remember your need 5 posts to get to the download area but i am sure you can help another lost sole........
