Default new Problem for me if any could help?

been entering the codes fine everyday untill i get a cable to update my firmware but when i came to enter the new ones today i go into the 19681968 menu and there are loads of diffent providers, on the 2nd page there are 2 ntl providers the 54 00 and the 54 01, but when i went into the 19681968 menu its was blank everything had gone? and im a lil bit stuck now?

why did you enter it twice, if you were already in the menu?
