Na Dost, I think I am alright. I've just done it, updates and channels re fine; but there's no sound. can you help!

just try restarting your stb and checking the scart mate

I've tried as you suggested, but still no sound. I switched to the origional box. sound is fine. what could be the problem

I've done a bit of reading and came across this

I know my Interaction/talkback thingy is disabled. would it be safe for me to try trouble shooting with the V options available?
