scanning for channels

help.after following marcs guide on how to set up the kryptview box once i get to the bit where it scans for the tp frequencies it finds 7 then says complete exit .it then does not go any further or resets and switches back on this is brand new with all the latest firmware and updates can somebody help please.

it sounds as if you need to do a factory default reset and try selecting a new net id. The closer to your area the better. You need a stronger signal
