Is this 100% safe and can it be used on all 3 versions of the DM500?

I've no idea mate. Its come from Sateo part of the DS team so there is no reason to beleive that it would be damaging to the box.

I haven't tested as i know my box is a clone so there is no point

The problem is that Dingo registered with Satellitehelp before we joined with Techwatch and when we joined there was already a Dingo registered with techwatch so he could not be transferred to the new database.

I had a chat with Dingo on MSN last night and he is registerring with a slightly modified nickname.
