Default Hi all

Hello gents,

I've been trying to avoid bothering you with my newbie foolishness since the key change but have reached a bit of an impasse in that I dont know what I'm doing wrong and could really use some guidance. Here's what's what, please let me know if you can see what I'm doing wrong:

Have a programmed funcard and NTL branded box that were working great until the key change the other week.

Am in a TW area

Have an infinity usb programmer and have downloaded the following from bigmaq (who deserve some kind of medal/award/statue in front of V*rg*n M*d** HQ):
-Flash file (assume "TW_Fun_Fix" supercedes "TW_Chaos" but have tried both)
-Funcard programming file with all the useful gubbins

Have done the following:
-Read Box Key (18 digits, starts with 2d...) and IRD (8 digits, starts with 0F...) from flash file originally on funcard using BKE
-Variously left it empty and used the "CryptHexTW-v3" and also the "CryptHexEEP" as my Int Eep
-Put the box key and ird and latest TW keys from Bigmaq into toxic7 (left cam id blank), put resulting file into swapbin, used resulting hex file as my Ext Eep

Still no joy! Have variously got channels saying "you are not subscribed" and the old favourite "your smartcard is invalid"

What do you think I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions gratefully recieved...

Cheers fellas, sorry for the legth of the post but starting to get a little wound up by this.

open toxic7 put your ird and bk and leave the rest blank save it s as exteep then load that into the exteep on programmer erase card then write that ext file first onto card wen done then write the flash onto card then insert card into box it can take upto 20mins to update and all should be running.
exteep will need to be hex before writing to card which u have done correctly.
if no joy then your bk and ird is wrong.

My thanks to you good sir, to all on the forum, and of course, to the mysterious angel behind bigmaq
