Diablo Light Cam - newbie query

Those are very old posts and since then things change.
You can only load one piece of firmware on the Diablo Cam at one time, and as there are no new Stealth files load the latest Underworld file, which is 162.
You will then need to load the latest data bin file, both of which you can find a link to in Satellite Help & Support, the Sticky thread entitled Download Link.
The Diablo 2.3 Cam, loaded with underworld 162 and the latest data bin file will currently open DigitAlb, 16E, except the HD channels.
S1, S2 and S3, sex channels on 13E, and the Sex package on 9E.
Canal Digital and Dig TV on 1W, but you will have to update the keys.

Thanks for that, is updating the keys the same thing ie using the programmer ? also could you tell me if you loose all channels at once when they change things, or is just the sat that made the changes. I have been told that you have to update maybe every cpl of days, is this true

You only need to update the cam when a new file is available, and you only lose the channels that changes keys.
Most of the channels, opened by the Diablo 2.3 cam, are not open on general emulation so the keys are hidden and can only be updated by the team producing underworld files, these include DigitAlb, Canal Digital and the sex channels.
You can manually update other keys, like Digi TV, using the Cams menu.
Enter the Menu and then the following;
Keys
List Keys Edit
Nagravision 2
Digi TV
Key 86 (Key 00)
enter the keys menus and you get the option of if you want to use Hexadecimal or Decimal to enter the new key.
It's quite easy once you get used to it.

Been reading these posts with great interest and still have a problem, Have a TM5400 super with diablo lite programed with 162 and latest keys but the Fausto confuse me some what. Can open canal and most conax on 1w but am unable to open the sex channels on 9e and 13e. Can someone help please, I think i have tried everything including turning the TM patch off but still no joy, tried all available on/off opyions on the diablo. Help would really be appreciated

Ensure Auto PMT and Emulators are both ON and Fixed CW OFF in the Configuration settings.
Also ensure you have the correct data bin file loaded, there are some new keys bin files, on the internet, that contain an old data bin file and some people have mistakenly loaded these and overwritten the required data bin file, you need the data bin file from 2/3 for DigitAlb.
Go to 13E and select S1, S2 or S3, 11727 V 27500, leave it a couple of minutes to update, once these open go to 9E and all the channels on 12092 H 27500 should open.
If nothing opens try deleting the channels and re-scanning them in.

Many thanks for the reply i will try these later, One more question regarding the Fausto/Caids download available under satellite/diablo, Should I have these various bin and xml files on the diablo? if so where? or are they not required, Sorry but I am very confused as to what I should have on there. I know I should have 162 and latest key and bin files external to the other folders. I promise when I have done it once all will be clear

Ignore any CAID files, unless you're using a special subscription card, just load the latest Underworld file and if required the latest keys and data bin files.
