Default Missing channels after flashing

Just finally got round to flashing my Max 2007 (Red) this morning, unfortunately I forgot to back up my channel list
Anyways, even after several scans, both power, auto and manual, I have several channels missing such as ITV4, both Gems TV, True Movies+1 and maybe more I haven noticed yet
Anyone have any idea as to how I can get all these back?
I have also tried clearing the data, resetting to factory defaults ect ect

1. Getting a cdf file for your area and putting it on ya box
2. Getting a mates cdf file, just upload it to ya pc
3. You could manually go through the frequencies going up in 2's i.e 101, 103, 105 and look for green full signals for frequencys u dont have.

just auto scan should come up, if not get the frequencies and add them first then do an autoscan

Right, I have got 30 "channels" (frequencies), and have no done an individual manual scan on all 30, and they all pick up anywhere from 5-10 channels, plus some also pick up radio stations. HOWEVER, "channel" 15 whilst having a good signal, picks up NO channels at all
So looks like I am either gonna have to flash back to original FW and live with manually imputting the keys daily, OR learn to live without GemsTV, ITV4, True Movies+1 and Zone Horror, any probably more I havent noticed just yet
Unless anyone has anymore suggestions, or perhaps a cdf file for my area?
