Lost all my channels

thoroughly cheesed off i was the installer came on sat installed the TM6900 all fine except there was only 6 satellites in memory. then i came down to watch footie this morning only to find the idiot had forgot to tightened the cable on the reciever and it came off in the night.. it took me 4 hours to get it back as it was 42E 30W where almost impossible to get a signal from. yet i had good strong visual weird that. was this because i didnot download the latest updates from technomate.? inthe end got all six working ok. but there was a lack of channels on 43E and 30W . how can i get more satellites up and running without doing a factory reset ?? canit be done manually and keep the sats i got now, i am going to give them a piece of my mind. on monday. anyway HD is working great on 19E and 28E. i could have strangled the guy this morning. please can someone help me!
