EUROVOX MAX V - Firmware update help please

Hi I am new to this, in fact it will be my first firmware update.

I can not seem to find where the latest firmware for my box is. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to were the latest firmware is, or if someone can email me it please? I have downloaded the the firmware thing from the link provided is this the firmware? or just the application? do I need to get some sort of software downloaded first to use with this application.

u will need winrar to unrap it. and a null modem cable to flash your box.

unpack the rar/zip file and you will have an exe and a readme. connect your box run the exe and press the big "download" button. if you want to save your channels use the upload/download at the bottom of the application. its all in the tutorials!

A bit of reading will give you the answer. read the Sticky files on top..
