hey 666 thanks for all ur help did it and its all working fine excellent thanks m8. one more thing is to watch some of the movies it say that i need to activate my pin. what shall i do?????????????

well done m8,,you could try 000, 1234, 1111, see if that works, or you could wait to 9 pm so you dont need pin, or you take out red jumper and reset it

it says i need to set my pin by ringing virgin up. shall i do this or not otherwise what shall i do with the red jumper

no do not ring virgin lol, try those codes first are you in pure ntl

yep but it doesnt give me an option to put the pin in.

do you no what you are doing if you pull the red jumper...are you in pure ntl

ok go into eng menu see if you got ---- or ****

check in the eng menu for ur pin if its 0000 then the pin is not set so u cant view sky movies etc.If ur in ntl area then pull red jumper for 30-60 sec,then go to eng menu and set the pin and frequency manually the net id should change automactically.
