trying to connect with dbox

get this message on the dbox

192.168.0.101 is reachable (ping)
default gateway 192.168.0.1 is unreachable
dns server 192.168.1.4 is unreachable
dboxupdate.berlios.de: is unreachable

is there something i need to do with these settings so as i can connect to the dbox via flash fxp

any help would be appreciated..

yep the one i use to connect to internet ... do i also need null modem cable ??

The cable that you get with a router/hub/switch are usually straight Ethernet cable's, the one your on about is a cross over cable/null modem cable(as the Americans like to call them)!
