Question Bigmaq Toolbar

I've been using the Bigmaq toolbar for the latest keys but now it won't display in my browser. It appears on my list of toolbars but is "greyed out". I am not very technically savvy and I wondered whether it was somehow blocked and, if so, how I can unblock it ?

Yes, it does nothing.
I've reinstalled firefox browser to see if that worked but still blank on home pc.
Not too much of a problem, I have bigmaq installed on IE on my desktop and it displays fine on that.
