Question plasma with green pixel haze??

hi does any one have an idea why my plasma tv has a green snow effect at the top of my screen???
it is the pixels that randomly appear mainly at the top, but can be seen on a darker back ground quite clearly??
any info would be welcome.
cheers

The set as a fault, get it replaced, the problem will only get worse, did it arrive in an unopened box? some sets have been used for demos and are switched on for 24 hours for weeks.
Also the tuner make be on the way out.

What make is it, how did you buy it,local or otherwise. If it is brand new
you should not have any snow effect.

Tesco have this guarantee and wont quibble with the customer,I would be interested in what make of plasma you bought? and if you think there is a fault when new, get it changed plasmas only get worse with time as do LCD.
