Default Blockers recommendations for MOSC

Can anyone recommend a good blocker for a ROM11 card. In the Novice angels digital cable guide it instructs you to just modify two numbers of the EMM Decrypt Key in the 07 tiers. Does this no longer work? If I use the Rom11 Images from box.net are you protected. If your card gets zapped does this kill the MOSC or can it be retrieved. Help much appreciated as I have now unplugged my card.

The images in downloads are good ones mate i use them, the ultimate rom 11 is supposed to be fairly bullet proof, the moscs havnt gone down for quite a while, most of the latest images pass any update checks, if they wanted to knock them out they could quite easily but would probably knock out some genuine customers too.

Thanks for that Reddiesel, will give one a go. The one I am using is named Use at own risk which is not very promising, plus it's dated 2006.
