Cn some1 give me a walkthrough hw to mod virgin media's cable modem or at least point to a link. Help very much appreciated. Thanks

What is the make and model of the modem?

It says ntl:250 at the back.

No the guide has not been removed, the link has been de-activated, copy the link into the address bae and remove "_" from the link.
