I can seem to get my fta box to flash. Iv loaded it all up but i keep getting flash failed after 20 secs the download dont even start.

I have been told that you cant use a null modem cable is this true

ive been having the same issue

how can you find out what kind of cable you have?

my cable managed to flash my eurovox max v box perfectly fine, does the eurovox adn fta use the same wire?

From what iv found the eurovox uses a null modem cable and the fta uses a diff cable(BUT IT LOOKS THE SAME)

defenetly the nul modem cable i have 10 only one worked for me good luck
