My wife has the samsung G600 on Orange, What is the easiest way of unlocking this phone?

Excellent !! Works great and does not change the IMEI to all 00000`s

be cautious when using unlock codes in any samsung mobile phone.
sometimes they will work and over times they will brick your phone
as it can cause your emie number of your phone to change
