Default Driving me NUTS!

I've got 2 Pace 4100. Now both of them say "tune" on the display as soon as they boot up. They haven't been used for a 6-7 months. Now i've read thru some thread and done various stuff such as

1) Holding down the arrow down Key when booting up (Gets me so far but returns back to "tune")

2) Pressed varoius up and down whilst booting up

3) Removed Jumper and reinserted ( Again gets me so far but returns back to "tune")

4) I can't get into the eng menu either

The only other thing am thinking is to leave it like that over night and see what happens but i got a strong feeling its going to be the same!!

I've searched gmail and there is some infor about resoilding something but am sure when this happened last it started working after 10-15mins???

Any help will be Great

Thanks
Barry
