done everything you said see when it asks you to power up the dbox mines powers up and nothing happens?? any ideas

When using IFA i find using a ethernet cross over cable and a null modem cable works best , Also i have to disable my anti-virus and internet security for IFA to work without errors.

i only hav a cross over cable so i guess im snookered lol

the box just powers up like there isnt even a ethernet cable present

I have only had sucess when using a null modem cable as well , What image you using now? , Is the remote control flash not an option for you?

im tryin to put the commando 11.3 on it as it doesnt work and need to be reflashed. its a sportster image from 2005 version 2.0

easiest way to change an image is to ftp the file across to the temp folder on the dbox and then use the dbox menu to flash the image (without bootloader)

Not familiar with your image , but most likely

User : root
Password : dbox / dbox2

got the ip address, when i try to connect it with the box powered up it says no route to host?
