How to flash dbox quick guide!!!!

hi if i want to flash my ntl pace box fun card can anyone tell me step by step and what i need to do it i have read many threads just a bit confused, do i just need a phenix programer and down load nergit? please help

Wrong section mate ? You don't need a Phoenix programmer for fun cards just a basic programmer will do , you don't use nagra edit for funs either. You need the latest flash file for your area and a program called toxic 7 to create you exteep file.

You would then have to files, the flash and the exteep , you would then program these to the fun card to activate all channels.

Before you use toxic you need to know some basic info like

Your box key & ird
cam id for your area
Latest local keys

Any more questions should be posted in the cable forum for a better response

was wondering if someone can help if ive connected up to the dbox correctly.

i have 2 items to select in the network connection.these are
a "intel pro /wireless 3945ABG network connection "and a "realtek RTL8101 family pci- e fast ethernet NIC" . i am assuming it is the first one.

i have connected the dbox 2 with a crossover cable too to my laptop.

the program doesnt work when i select the realtek but with the wirless network connection.

but when i power up the box nothing happens.i keep plugging in and out and still nothing.

am i doing something wrong or connected it worngly.

any help wuld be good . thanks

im using the image falsh assisstant ( hallenberg one). i have selected the image (latest commando 11) but

i have 2 items to select in the network connection.these are

i have connected the dbox 2 with a crossover cable too to my laptop.

you have to use one network connection...the wireless one in my opinion..im having the same prob..the flashing appeard but not sorted problem..image flashd but still loadin kernel...
