Updated firmware, But still not auto-rolling?

I ended up reflashing and after a powerscan I went to channel 1 ( CNBC ) and after about 5 minutes it rolled the keys..

I was switching to sly squirts every time and in fact when it updated I noticed a number of channels breaking up ( green squares etc.. ) one of which was sly squirts. This may have been the reason it didn't autoroll..

Anyone got a fix for channels breaking up ?
