Hi,
It would be of help if you were to tell us what receiver you are using and if other transponders are OK or not. It might also help if you let us know where you are located and what size dish you have. Please let us know and we can take it for there.

Very best regards Wez

Yes, judging by the footprint info, you shouldn't have a problem with it anywhere in Europe with a regular sized dish.

Thanks Robbo, I thought that he might have been trying with one of the smaller Sly dishes, that was why I asked what size the dish was.

Very best regards Wez

Probably too far off the footprint - you are well off the official coverage area. Unless you have an official card or a card share you wont be able to watch those channels anyway.

You are wrong my friend - on 19E that frequency carries the scrambled channels from Canal Sat France.

Hi,
When you attempt to view other scrambled channels, what colour does the bar turn to. I think that the red bar might be telling you that the channels is encrypted and the green one is to tell you that the channel is free to air, this seems to be the explanation as far as I see it, I could be wrong. By the way you describe the transponder scanning OK, but then channels turning red in the bar, would to me mean the that channels are scrambled/encrypted.

I hope that this is of some help to you, if were in Jordan now, I would not have time for satellite TV, I would be at the WRC in your country.

Very best regards Wez
