Angry Starview The Box - T

Hi, I had the Box - T working no bother and it kept breaking up on me every 10-15 mins during th week, I decided to delete all channels and then update the channels again, it seems to be working fine alright, but the problem is I have lost a couple of channells

E! - for the women
Nick Jr. - for the Child (HELP)
couple of music channells
Sky two
Virgin
Dave
National Geog

Does anyone know how I can manually scan these in, I don't have the codes, I'm in Louth area, Ireland.

Cheers in advance guys.
