Can you advise on the following, My dish is fixed pointing at Eutelsat W2 at 16.0°E. I have scanned for channels and I only have 105. I dont think that I have all the transponders and SR added .
Please can you recommend some transponder freq and Sr that I can add to receive some more decent channels . Any fta or ones that a patched receiver would open . Thanks |

I don't know why they changed it, but I think it made the signal stronger when they did. ![]() On 16E, there is nothing that a patchable receiver would get. I haven't been round to 16E much, but I think there were a couple of FTAs worth watching. Just go to Lyngsat, and work your way down the list. |

Nothing open via the tm1500 on that satellite other that the odd set on biss when the keys are available. Maybe you need a digi albania card.

The 4 providers / channels you mention are all secure scrambled, so no chance to watch them on patches
Supersport SA is not carried on W2 http://www.lyngsat.com/ew2.html is the channel list

Hi mate,
You are football mad. You need a C band LNB for 55W, as far as I know, not sure about 53W, but they are both very far west and I reckon that your chances as slam to say the least. There is no reason in the world that you should not be bale to receive Turksat @42E, I can get it and I am almost 10 degrees west here. There is sometimes football on a Kazakhstan channel, Lider TV it is called if I remember right, it is on Hotbird 13E, but they are not on that often. Hope this is of help for you. If you can patch your box you should be able to watch football on Pr*m 19.2E and on loads of channels on Thor 1W, the channels will not be available that much longer as they are changing encryption very soon. Very best regards Wez

![]() ![]() 55.5w not a chance. You need at least 1.3m dish and you also need a c-band lnb as theres nowt off that bird in KU band. ![]() ![]() 53 west you will need at least a 2.1m dish and again the only stuff broadcasting into the UK is in C band. The only KU band stuff off this sat is beaming into the states ![]() There is a KU beam into europe which in theory you should get with an 80cm dish but nothing is broadcast on it at the moment. ![]() ![]() Nano
