DigitAlb Film and general Eutelsat W2 16E - Info Needed

Hi All,

For some time now I have not been able to receive the digitalb film and xxx channel. Its says no or bad signal. Ive since read that I needed to delte these channels and re-scan .

I have delted these channels but I cannot get them back, Please can someone help

I have a technomate 1500ci+ receiver ,

A step by step guide would be a great help

Hi, you need to check your receiver to make sure it has the DigitAlb transponders in its list. Here they are:-

To check, just press the menu button and select Advanced Seach

Move the cursor down to Transponder and use the arrow keys and see if they are all there.

If not post back and I will tell you how to enter new ones.

Yes I have the transponder there 11094 I had to add them earlier, still no channels after a re-scan.

I should imagine that it means transponder, well that would be my reading of it anyway. Hope that you get the channels back very soon.

Ive fixed it

I searched the transponder of 11094, but I also changed the line below (sr) to 27900,

Then re-scanned and there we go film channels and 2 adult channels

Don't worry about the tp B4 it irrelevant , it is just the transponder designation.

27900 is the symbol rate. This must be set correctly or it won't work, so does the H or V. Note not all transponders have the same symbol rate!

FEC 2/3 i sthe Forward error correction, you don't need to worry about that either, as it is set automatically in the TM1500.

So check the three SD transponders and make sure you got the correct frequency, the correct polarisation and the correct synbol rate. Then rescan.

Yeah ive got the card mainly for football, not really watched the films, but sods law when I come to watch some films there was no signal.

Do you know why the transponder changed ?
