Ok here’s another dumb assed question, been reading the forum for a couple of days now and I don’t understand why people have to manually enter codes when eurovox updates itself, after the last switch off and subsequent s/w update don’t they all do it automatically?

I know of a few that are waiting for cables, adapters or pci cards to arrive to flash their boxes

I know but I can’t edit the title so I just have to live with the stigma, or I could just delete the dumb assed post.

some people are scared of updating there own stb, as they think they will foooook it up, so are quite happy putting the codes in manually, tbh the update is easy to install itis just down to the individual

Ok thanks,

I thought it may be something to do with different areas , I didn’t want to recommend to my m8’s and find out this is going to happen to them, i.e. post about people in Ireland who have to enter codes three times a day.

I didn’t want them on my doorstep every two mins.
