Unhappy help with english tv

can anyone help i have a sykmaster dx15 box in germany ,i am trying to get english tv. i have looked at all the advice on this site ,ie changed the to astra2d the intensity is 90% and quality is 79% and no mater what i do i only get the non english please help

Hi,

You are most likely pointing the dish the wrong way, probably 19.2E,

Can you list a couple of channel names and their frequency please.

and What size dish is it?
