Complain about it. They have no right to do that and if they do dont get it. Just get the 4 months package thing for £75 from a store.

why do people have like 3 or 4 sat lite dishes in there garden pointing at diff sat why dont they just go motorised instead seen on youtube 1 guy has like 5 dish setups lol??

I have 3 dishes picking up 8 sats. It makes for faster zapping and alot more convinient for recievers in multiple rooms

Can you advise on how to install the dish ourselves. Does the dish have to point in a certain direction and how can I find out what this is?

My postcode os BS4 5AH.

Yes, go to dishpointer.com enter your postcode or address, select the 28E satellite. Move the green baloon to your house and see which way the green line points. Put the dish on the wall, in a place that enables it to point the right way. Adjust the dish until you get a signal.
