Yes Mowax you should be able to downgrade the firmware without a problem.

I'm just wondering if this will do a fix for the box as looks like it's been updated using the eurovox blue fix and this has stopped the remote working (see other thread), so wondering if i follow these steps will it get remote working and will i be able to get all the channels....thanks again

i just did factory defualt to nearest area and scanned it,,got all channels etc but terrible epg

mines a eurovox one...

do a service scan again and all youre channels should go back to normal do not factory reset just scan ontop of the channels already there
