well this has worked in southampton 1 so i knows its ok

Pace 1000 phase 1a DAVIC
Pace 1000 phase 1b DOCSIS


davic is ntl and exc&w.docsis is tw.so if your in ntl or exc&w and have a doicsis box it wont work.this is why i am asking you if its phaseb?cos if it is it is tw only,if you aint in tw,enjoy wasting your time.

well i know im not wasting my time as the box belongs to my brother until weekend he lived otherside of southampton.
and he cant get use it where he is now as he has moved.

A Pace 1000 will work in EXCW no problem
A Pace 1000 Ph 1b will work in excw No problem (it also works in TW)

So if it is a 1000 and was in excw then it will work in excw again.

The reason its not working mate is the netid needs changing,southampton1 is 41048 and southampton2 is 41071 so you will need a serial cable and libby (libdebug) or change it using netidfun method)the default freq and sym rate is the same,

ive reset the box mark and i have written card ...i have checked and double checked bk thats fine...im not sure if i have downloaded the au update file from downloads though as the update files on bigmaq isnt working

So the netid is now set for southampton2 yes at 41071,have you checked engineers menu to see if its changed?? also what method did you use to change it??
Mute err could be dodgy card,dodgy card reader and a few other things along the way,
The download youve used should be au fun fix april 08 ?
Also what you using to create the externaleep image??
