Yea could be that your scarts or ur cable line tht goes into the rf is loose i found that problem with my neighbours box as i brought it up to mine and it was working fine was jst her wiring n scarts being loose or plugged in the wrong ports xx

Not sure what the version was but some mates did exactly the same and are having no problems.
Signal came back last nite around 8 but no signal again. Starting to p!ss me off big time |

Have you tried your cable feed direct into the tv? Are your terrestrial channels still coming thru when you've no signal on the box?
To see what firmware is installed go to Menu, select Config and System Information and see what date is beside S/W Ver |
