no its not i googled it and downloaded it.just need the info on how to use it

theres 2 config files with it,or should be,you open the one for that box,they are only for pace 1000 and 4000 mnodels (if i am not mistaken)

open the config file with wordpad/notepad.and for network id you change the last 5 numbers to that of your area.

so you connect the box to the pc,open libdebug and power on box.on the bottom left you see stuff running showing you there is communication between the box and prog.

you navigate the menu on the left till you get to the netid settings and select set netid and then hit execute and you will see the command run.then thats it your netid is set in the box,you can choose get netid to check as well.

i think you might be able to get the ird and bk as well,not too sure cos i aint tried to get them that way.

you can get your bk and ird off libby that was only on old softwsre cr1 or cr2...for the 4000 model you will need a scart to seriel or use fun files for setting net id
