Question Digital Rebel (300D) overexposing images

I've got a digital Rebel that I've had for about 2 years now. Lately (last 300-400 images) it's been over-exposing daylight images, and now it's gotten to the point where it's over exposing indoor images (with and without flash).

I've tried updating the firmware to the latest release (1.1.1) but no change in camera performance. I can compensate by using Manual mode, A-Priority or S-Priority, but it's a real pain.

I'm about ready to send the camera in for service, but before I did, I thought I would ask if anyone else encountered this problem/had a fix for me.

BTW...same results with 3 different Lenses. EF-S, L-Series, and Tamron cheapie...
