Default Programming/Using FunCards on PC?

Hi all, this will probably be the daftest question on here but as you can tell I'm new.
Funcards? Can I programme them to work with my Technotrend C-1501 DVB-C cards on my PC when I use a CI Interface. Is it the same as the tutorials stated in this section of the forums?
Also do I need a card reader and card for both my two DVB-C tuners in my PC or just the one? and do I need any extra setup?
If I do, where the heck do I buy cards from??? I can find the CI interfaces to buy easily from the DVBN shop in Germany.

For anybody that cares in this non Computer part of the forums here is my PC Spec:
Antec Fusion Case (Black)
Pioneer DVD Writer
Samsung Spinpoint 500Gb HDD
ASUS Motherboard
2Gb RAM
Intel E4500 Core 2 Duo
2 x C-1501 Technotrend DVB-C
Software: MediaPortal

Thanks guys in advance, reason I posted here is I've struggled to get a good answer in the Cable on PC section.

Jon.

I think you can do it like that with a card and cam but im not sure why you would want to, you would need two if you are using two dvb-c cards and want to watch and record different channels, it would work out expensive, you are better off asking in the cable on tv section, the insaan and some of the other guys are the experts on DVB-C.
