Default technonamte TM-1500CI+

hi any one can help me to sort out this problem. technonamte TM-1500CI+
when i try to send softcam from PC to reciever the loader series1000 ver1.8.7 he send me this one (connect your reciever and turn it on) when i turned on he started flashing 1 to 3 but i put COM1 dosn't work with COM3 is the same

HI you could try setting your com port number on the computer, go into control panal -performance & maintainance-system-hardware-device manager then look for a free port no 1, 2, or3 select the port hopefully this will help
