I wonder
Just tried manual tuning Tp 42 on sky box the one with FTA Chanel 4 with no sound. There is also a station their called EfiAd its encrypted but it turns out to be dave if you put you card back in. Is this the official TP for dave? Could Dave be planing on going FTA?

EfiAd has been there years, so its unlikley to be anything to do with Dave going fta.

Dave wont go fta anytime soon - they are bound by the encryption contracts signed by UKTV for whatever the previous channel was. ISTR those contracts were renewed no too long ago.
