Default Converting Enigma Services to Neutrino format

Thought I'd post in here - not sure if its the right place but anyway...

I've a dm500c box which I have run on the dw2.0 image - but I'm not that keen. I've just updated to a new neutrino image, which I love - but it doesn't tune properly.

The only scanI can get to work with it is a cableuk scan, which doesn't tune ss1 properly (sig is below 94%) - I had this prob with the dw2.0 image, but got round it by doing a bruteforce scan, which picked up the channel properly - I then backed this up and monkeyed around with it.

The question is: is there anyway to convert my enigma services file to a neutrino format - not bothered about bouquets etc, can do that again - its just I need the channels first!

TIA

btw I'm pure ntl in Stafford if it helps [or if anyone has a working services they would care to give me ]

I've never had to convert them that way, usually it's from Neutrino to Enigma. get bouquet wizard or bouquetter, you can convert from Neutrino to Enigma with them, I guess you can convert the other way too.

Tried that, doesn't really work, end up with no services at all.

Think I've sussed the problem - the auto scans only check xxx000 frequencys - going through my enigma services a fair few of my channels are on xxx250 or xxx750. Done a few manual scans and have pulled in the elusive SS1 (working too) - this confirmed my theory as the auto scan had put it in at 67500, but a manual at 674250 pulled it in perfectly - the only pain is that you can't auto delete junk bouquets this way.

Is there any way to mod the auto scan so it checks down to xxxx50?

Or if not whats the best pc based bouquet manager?

Thanks

Depending on the image, you may be able to do a fastscan with your Network ID, have a look in the Blue button menu to see if there is that option

I'm on the image off've the box downloads now - was on a different but found this a bit better.

Would the function you mean be the Fast NIT info?

So i just get my network id and manually enter it and do a scan?

Can't remember exactly how it's done, it's been a few days and my Brain's turned to mush already

I believe there is something in the Blue button menu to set the netID or the NIT info.

Linc, you are an absolute legend, tried my understanding of what you meant - net id in blue button at, did a fastnit scan and...

perfect quality channels alround - brilliant! can start playing with the image now....
